[Remote] Innovation Analyst / KidsX / Full-time / Days

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Children's Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) is a leading pediatric hospital providing exceptional care for children. The Innovation Analyst will support the KidsX Network by managing projects, conducting research on innovative technologies, and fostering a strong innovation culture within the team.


Responsibilities

  • Supporting the full range of aspects of the KidsX Network, Community, and supporting projects
  • Maintaining administrative, strategic, and operational needs for the KidsX Network
  • Supporting efforts to generate and support novel ideas to expand KidsX offerings
  • Executing community events, accelerator related projects, and other idea generation and management techniques
  • Conducting regular research and diligence on innovative technologies to ensure a robust innovation pipeline for KidsX
  • Supporting efforts to maintain a strong innovation culture for the KidsX team at CHLA

Skills

  • 4+ years working in the healthcare field
  • Experience with hospital operations
  • Experience with business development
  • Experience with event execution
  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Will consider combination of experience and relevant education
  • Master's Degree in healthcare or business related field
